Tesseract is Abacus’s initiative to aid students in Summers preparation. In addition to having a good time exercising your grey cells, this will give you a fair idea of the kind of puzzles asked in Summer Interviews.

Workshops:
Card games like Poker fascinate a lot of us. A serious player will tell that winning a card game is mostly based on skill rather than on luck. In this context, we are conducting a workshop in the month of October on the mathematics behind the card games like Poker and Blackjack. We also have workshops lined up on some other interesting concepts like the Rubik's Cube.

Lectures:
Mathematics has a wide application in the field of business. Right from the data analysis in market research to the stochastic calculus in option pricing, its applications are vast and very diverse. In the coming months, we will be conducting a couple of workshops on the application of mathematics in the field of finance and marketing.

Remedials:
If you are having trouble in any of the quant courses and want help, don’t hesitate to drop us a mail asking for a remedial session. The remedial sessions the courses Probability and Statistics - I, II & III have already been conducted.
