Bulk Deals

This year till now, we have executed/in process of execution of following bulk deals

Computer Related Deals

  • Laptop deal :

    • The model selected for laptop bulk deal was HP Probook with i5 & i3 processors. These are business laptops with significant discount from the market rates. This was executed at a PAN IIM level.

  • MAC deal :

    • Discount rate of 8% on any Apple notebook for IIM students.

  • Lenovo battery bulk deal :

    • Lenovo batteries with discount of 10-12% over market rates were procured in March.

    External storage deals

  • External Hard Disk Deal :

    • We are in the process of finalizing bulk deal for external hard disks. A survey has been floated for the same to gauge batch preferneces. Getting preferences,we would come up with the final deal.

  • Pen drive Deals :

    • We are in the process of finalizing bulk deal for pen drives. A survey has been floated for the same to gauge batch preferneces. Getting preferences,we would come up with the fimal deal.

    Other Deals

  • Airtel Postpaid SIM deal :

    • A Corporate CUG plan with monthly rental as Rs. 249/ and 600 local + STD minutes and 150 local & 150 national SMS free with discounted roaming rates. Conversion from prepaid to postpaid is free. Information available with Telecom Centre near Mess.

  • Airtel Digital TV deal :

    • The Airtel Digital TV deal with yearly cost of Rs. 2800 compared to Rs. 4200 paid to cable operators who are unable to provide ESPN/Star Sports. Information regarding this deal has been shared with dorm representatives.

  • G Auto deal :

    • Transport from Airport /Railway Station to IIM Ahmedabad at fixed rates of Rs. 115 & Rs. 65 respectively. G Auto is an venture started by Mr. Nirmal Kumar, an 2008 IIM Ahmedabad Alum.
