  • No comments on sex, religion on politics.

  • Cell phones switched off. No laptops

  • Timely start and end of the meeting

  • People should stop speaking once their time is up. Respect for others time

  • Collaborative environment – Entry and exit to the stage need to be applauded

  • Shake hands with the person on stage while entering & leaving

  • Try to attend the complete meeting and avoid moving in/out while the meeting is in progress
